International TetraSki & Snow’Kart Race + Epic Ski Party

The 2026 Brian McKenna TetraSki Express returns with our international championship showcasing the best in TetraSki and Snow’Kart downhill racing. On Friday, March 27, 2026, Powder Mountain Resort in Eden, UT will come alive for the fourth annual day of racing, community, and celebration. Spectators are invited to join us on the mountain to watch and cheer.

Athletes will compete using the Tessier Snow’Kart and the innovative TetraSki —developed at the University of Utah, the world’s only independently operated alpine ski for individuals with complex physical disabilities.

This event carries the spirit of Brian McKenna, whose courage, humor, and love of adventure inspired everyone around him. The TetraSki Express proudly bears his name to honor the way he embraced possibility on and off the slopes.

ABOUT BRIAN MCKENNA

Being outside in the mountains in the company of friends and family was Brian McKenna’s Happy Place. A 2015 mountain biking accident dealt Brian a blow, causing paralysis from the neck down. But it didn’t stop him from seeking adventure or redefining what was possible after catastrophic injury.
